I focus on positive incentives for individual students, groups, and whole class. Kids can earn rewards like lunch bunch with the teacher, prize box, extra recess and class parties! I hope to challenge all students to work to their fullest potential. I want all students to go into the next grade level prepared to be successful. I hope that as a class we will continue to build a classroom culture that is positive and nurturing; all students will want to take chances, make a few mistakes, get up and do it again and never forget how unique and amazing each of them is.
