For new students entering EUSD, click here for new student enrollment. Application notifications regarding approval will occur within 5-10 days of completing the application process.
Along with completing the online portion of the application process, please bring following: Residents:
Two proofs of address (renter's agreement, PG&E bill, water bill)
Child's birth certificate
Shot records
Drivers License
If utilities are included in your rent you must supply one of the following:
W-2
Pay Stub
Public assistance documents
Vehicle Registration
USPS official change of address
Non- residents:
Signed IDT from home district
Most recent report card
Discipline record (even if there is nothing, we need a print out from the previous school)
Attendance record from current school year
Child's birth certificate
Shot records
Drivers License
