I create speech language therapy sessions based on the individual needs of each student, building off of academic goals, feedback from teachers and parents, data collection, and student interests and progress.
My goal for my students is to improve communication skills that are so essential for academic and social development. Areas of focus include speech articulation, language development, speech fluency, social communication, and alternative and augmentative communication.
I'm so proud of my students from TK to high school! With returning students, we will continue our work on their goals, building on communication successes. I am also looking forward to meeting new students, learning about their needs, and creating a plan collaboratively.
