In order to have a successful school year: students, parents, and teachers must take ownership of their role in the learning process. Maintaining a positive attitude and *growth mindset will help students progress towards their learning goals. *Growth mindset - "I can't vs. I can't do this yet". My goal for our CHAMPS (college headed and mighty proud students) is that they continue to develop into expressive, independent, and critical thinking scholars. Fourth grade is a big year! I look forward to working with families as we guide our CHAMPS towards mastery of grade level content and outstanding citizenship.
